When the Course Starts & How It Works
Start Date: July 20, 2020
The flagship launch of this online group course will begin Monday, July 20, 2020.
This reboot can be used to simply reboot, to cleanse, to find a sustainable eating plan, to begin a healing diet, to enhance a healing diet, it can be used as the first 5 days of the 28 day cleanse, or the first 5 days of the 369.
We will be taking the 5-day reboot day by day and breaking it down even further in the Facebook group. The FB group allows for the expansion of each step of the process. You will notice that each mini-lesson is relatively short, there is a video recap of each topic, and all of it will be expanded as we engage in the group.
You will see a post in the FB group for each day and we encourage you to ask questions and comment on each mini-lesson topic. The more we all engage, the more we will all feel supported and encouraged. You will also give and receive support.
Once the course opens, you will have access to the content forever along with any future updates that are made!
