Lentil Soup



  1. Add coconut oil to a large stock pot.
  2. Add garlic and sauté.
  3. Add onion, sauté’.
  4. Add celery, cumin, thyme, and oregano, sauté. 
  5. Add tomatoes, carrots, and potatoes.
  6. Add broth and water.
  7. Cook until partially cooked, adding seasonings to taste. 
  8. Add lentils and cook until desired consistency. 8-10 minutes.
  9. Top with fresh herbs and dulse.
